Condition:
*All rates in this tariff are included 10% of government tax & 5% service charges.
Children Policy:
*Accommodation free of charge for child less than 06 years old, sharing parent’s room and using the existing bed,
FOC the breakfast for the first child, for the second child, the surcharge at VND 105,000/child/meal will be applied.
*Extra bed is compulsory for child from 6 – 12 years old, in case the guest refuse to set up the extra bed, the surcharge at 420,000VND/R/N will be applied.
*The baby cot is not available at the hotel.

*Daily breakfast at Restaurant.
*Complimentary using of beach towel & sun chair on the beach.

Check in / Check out time:
*Check in time: 14h00 & Check out time: 12h00
*Additional charge 50% of one-night room charge for late check-out from 12:00 until 18:00 or early check-in from 10:00 – 14:00.
*Additional charge 100% of one-night room charge for late check-out after 6:00pm or early check-in from 07:00 - 10:00 include the breakfast.
Transfer Services: Airport / harbor transfers (pick up/drop off) could be arranged in advance with the additional charge:
*Airport transfer: 350,000 VND/way for car 7 seats and 400,000 VND/way for car 16 seats.
*Harbor transfer: 400,000 VND/way for car 7 seats and 450,000 VND/way for car 16 seats.

*Cancellation policy
- 70% of total amount will be charged if any cancellation made 30 days - 21 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellation with less than 21 days in advance or non-arrival (no show), full stay charge will be applied.
*Payment :
- Full payment upon booking confirmation.
LOW SEASON
*Cancellation policy
- 70% of total amount will be charged if any cancellation made 14 days - 7 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellation with less than 7 days in advance or non-arrival (no show), full stay charge will be applied.
*Payment :
- Full payment upon booking confirmation.
